Refund/Cancellation Policy
At VRUDDHI CONSULTANTS, we strive to assist our customers to the best of our ability and maintain a liberal cancellation policy. Please review the following terms:
Cancellation:
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order. However, we may not entertain cancellation requests if orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping processes initiated.
- Refunds or replacements may be considered if the product delivered is of unsatisfactory quality.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team promptly. Requests will be processed after verification by the merchant within 7 days of receipt.
- If the received product differs significantly from its description on our site or your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Warranty Issues:
- Products covered by manufacturer warranties should be addressed directly with the manufacturer for resolution.
Refunds:
- Refunds approved by VRUDDHI CONSULTANTS will be processed within 3-5 days.
